Charles Holmes, Providencia Real Estate Services was our Broker for the purchase of a $1.9 million condominium in downtown Bellevue, and the sale of our $1.5 million home in Bellevue. He is outstanding. First, as an advisor/counselor, in helping us determine if this was the right time to move from our 19 years in a single-family home to a condominium. Second, as a communicator. He anticipated our questions and kept us up to date. My wife and I have very different communication styles and he hit the mark with both of us. Third, his knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional. I worked with Charles to purchase a condo. Overall it was a good experience. Charles has a low/no pressure approach to being an agent, which I appreciated. Other Agents I spoke with before working with Charles were very pushy trying to convince me to buy run down dumps just so they could make a sale. Charles was responsive and flexible to accommodate showings to meet my needs, I would work with him again.

Mike did a great job of helping to get our house on the market during difficult circumstances due to the pandemic. Our house was priced at a good price point and sold very quickly. Michael is an outstanding professional and we highly recommend him. We purchased a condominium immediately before the coronavirus crisis. We listed our home for sale as the coronavirus virus was well underway. Michael is a master in the use of available marketing technology. He was able to coordinate all activities in a safe and timely manner. We received three offers within 36 hours, despite the coronavirus restrictions. His vetting of the offers was thorough and insightful. We selected the strongest, but not the highest offer. The sale closed in 28 days from listing.
