I contacted Charles to sell a Condo I owned in Seattle Washington. I left him a message and I received a return call quickly. He was very helpful with all aspects of the listing. We met in person at the condo and he explained all the steps of the sale from the suggested listing price to the closing and funding. I received an offer on the Condo within a short amount of time. Thru the whole process Charles kept me informed and was very responsive. His knowledge of real estate in general and hard work really impressed me. I live in Northern California so I could not take a chance on a rookie realtor. Charles really came thru for me.
